At Amedio, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, our Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns in a simple, transparent way.


⏳ Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

For a return to be accepted:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • A proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards

💸 Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. You will be notified by email whether it has been approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
  • We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days, but in some cases (particularly during peak seasons), this may be extended up to 30 working days.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case described below.

🚚 Free Returns – Only in One Case

We provide free return shipping only if the product you received is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong item, wrong color, or wrong size).

  • In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer either the correct replacement or a full refund.

👛 All Other Cases

If you choose to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it, or it didn’t meet expectations):

  • You may still return your order, but you are responsible for return shipping costs.

⚠️ Important Note

  • Amedio is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the product after delivery, or for damage caused by misuse.

📩 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at Contact@amediofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide clear instructions (including a prepaid label if it qualifies for free return).
  3. Ship the item back. Once we receive and inspect it, we will issue your refund or replacement.
